Hangover Brunch: Cuvee
Cuvee has been one of our favorite spots for a while now, it’s within walking distance from my apartment, has amazing salads, and there is never a shortage of attractive people grubbing here. We are avid people watchers, and this small spot on Robertson has some of the best people-watching in LA – celebs shopping down the street, plus you can always be sure to catch the infamous BH rollerskater clad in spandex with a package that you have to see to believe (he even has his own website).
And, even though this spot is smack dab in the middle of Robertson, you don’t have to shell out too much for a good meal and some booze. Especially when it comes to brunch.

Brunch @ Cuvee: We'll take a mimosa....with a side of french toast.
Cuvee serves brunch daily -only til 10:30am on the weekdays (for you early risers), but they know you ain’t getting up that early on the weekend so they keep brunch going til 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The menu is your typical brunch fare – a variety of egg plates, french toast, smoked salmon on a bagel, and yogurt with fruit. If you are more of a lunch lover, the salads and sandwiches here are pretty amazing and always fresh.
And, of course, the real reason we love brunch at Cuvee: $4 mimosas. AND, and, and: with your order of an entree, your 2nd mimosa is half off! That’s $6 for 2 mimosas, averages out to $3 a piece – we love it! If you want to switch up your brunch boozing, they also have sangria for $3.95 a glass as well.
