Lobster Mondays @ Jar
Here’s a meal for tonight that will get you over your case of the Mondays – jam-packed full of lobster, there is no way that this dinner can be anything but amazing.
Lobster Mondays started up at Jar last Monday with a delicious Mexican-inspired lobster meal, and continues tonight with some more traditional lobster bake fare. Lobster Mondays feature 3-course lobster based dinners for just $55 per person and will continue to run through August 24th. All of the upcoming Monday night menus sound too good to miss, so we’re guessing we’ll be eating a lot of lobster this summer (which is never a bad thing, right?).
Here’s what’s included in tonight’s meal:
- FIRST COURSE: Lobster Corn Dog with Pickled Cucumber and Apple Mustard
- MAIN COURSE: Fresh Maine Lobster, Fennel Slaw, Corn on the Cob, Fresh Drawn Lobster Butter, all served Family Style
- DESSERT: Peach Cobbler withVanilla Bean Ice Cream
Each Monday night Lobster menu also features a new Jar Summer Cocktail, although booze is not included in the price of your meal. Tonight’s cocktail: a Blueberry Gimlet. Call ahead to make reservations for dinner and make sure to mention Lobster Mondays when making your ressie.
