Menu Highlights: This isn’t your ordinary brunch, Sol is a sort of Mexican tapas spot, so don’t plan on ordering up some pancakes. Their egg dishes all sounds eggcellent (typo intended) – especially the Machaca Wrap (shredded beef cooked with ancho chile, onion, cumin & oregano, folded in a large flour tortilla with huevos, cheese & refried black beans, all ‘drowned’ in salsa roja & topped with pico & diced avocado). They’re also serving up tacos, tostadas and the like during brunch hours as well. And, for those of you that don’t like mimosas (die!), you can make your own margaritas at their marg bar for $9 a pop!
