Free Beer Tasting at Pete’s!
We’ve never been to Pete’s and we’re not big fans of Anheuser-Busch, but we certainly do love FREE beer!
Tonight, during their happy hour (5-6pm), Pete’s Cafe and Bar in downtown LA will be offering a FREE beer tasting from Anheuser-Busch. There will be 6 – 2 oz pours of different ‘craft’ beers featured in this free tasting and we are seriously curious which ones will be featured. Not sure if we’d ever consider any of the AB labels ‘craft’, but we do love us some Hoegaarden and would be at least curious to try the Alexander Keith’s ‘Nova Scotia Style Ale’. Just so long as we don’t find ourselves sipping and tasting the ‘complexities’ of the WSU beer of choice (Busch Light), we’ll be happy as clams.
That was a lot of sarcastic quotation marks. But don’t let our snark fool you – we totally dig this event and can’t wait to see what other cool events Pete’s has to offer in the future.
