Bottomless Mimosa Guide: Paragon – Seattle
A few weeks back we begged our readers for tips on where to score bottomless bubbly for Sunday Funday in Seattle. Our Google searches had turned up fruitless, and after weeks of waiting it seemed our attempts to poll our readers were in vein. But this week we received a lovely little tip from someone that bottomless mimosa brunch DOES exist in the Emerald City. And so, as promised, we are telling the world about it:
The Spot: Paragon, Queen Anne – Seattle
Boozy Brunching Hours: Sunday, 10am – 3pm
Bottomless Deal: $16 Bottomless Mimosas with Purchase of Small Plate or Entree
Top Menu Items: Lots of tasty breakfast items with some non-traditional twists: Carnitas Breakfast Tacos (Qty: 3) each served with a fried egg atop, Beignets with Fruit (read: fancy donuts & fruit) , Wings & Cakes (a twist on fried chicken and waffles we presume – chicken wings with buttermilk pancakes)
.
If you cannot make it for boozy brunch, Paragon also has what sounds to be a pretty rad happy hour: Monday – Friday, 4-7pm AND 11pm – 1am (so late!) During these hours of happiness, you can score $6 specialty cocktails, $6 margs, $6 prosecco, or $6 vino. There is also $3 ‘tropy beer’, and a menu of comfort food plates for $3-$7 a pop (chicken avocado endive, fried clam strips, pimento cheese hush puppies – all sound like they need to find their way into our tummys soon!)

We also have brought the term “manmosa” to the Paragon bar tenders, which simply alters the proportions of champagne and OJ in the favor of a true Sunday Funday. It can be found on the menu, under ‘crushing it’.
