One of our closest friends (we’ll call her ‘Pretty Little Pony’) loves horses. She loves them a lot. Supposedly she rode horses as a child and thus this fascination has a foundation, but we just like to make it a weird thing so we can make fun of her…. like a crazy cat lady. Because we are really nice friends.

When I was little my parents would take me and my brother to the drive-in movies on weekends.
We’d always pull up in Dad’s yellow Chevy pickup named Maurice & hook up to the drive-in speakers (all cars must have names – my current vehicle is ‘Edith’, as she’s an old dirty bitch). Then we’d all pile in the bed of the truck, surrounded by giant pillows and pig out on snacks Mom made at home. I can’t be certain but I’d assume my ever-so-classy parents were enjoying a nice box of Franz as well.
Really – it was a great time.
